All prices are listed in Egyptian pounds (EGP), unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to update prices, but changes will not affect confirmed orders, except where required by law.

Orders require 3–5 business days for preparation before shipping. Delivery time depends on your location and the courier service. We do our best to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control.

Please inspect your order carefully while the courier is present, before accepting the delivery or completing payment. If you decide not to accept the order, please inform the courier before they leave. Once the order has been accepted and the courier has left, returns and refunds are generally not accepted, except in specific circumstances. However, you may request an exchange within 48 hours of receiving your order, provided the item is unused and in its original condition and packaging, where applicable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us as soon as possible, preferably while the courier is present. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review it and assist you in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Delivery fees must be paid in all situations, including returns and exchanges, unless otherwise required by applicable law or agreed upon by the store.

To maintain your accessories, avoid excessive contact with water, perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals unless stated otherwise in the product description.

Store your accessories in a dry place when not in use. Care requirements may vary depending on the materials used.
